Ever found a lucky Penny? Well Penny the dog would like some of that luck! This sweet and wiggly 1.5-year-old came to us from another shelter after her owner abandoned her. Poor girl! This 53-lb. gal had to go through Heartworm treatment right after, too! Penny is feeling much better after treatment and we know her luck is turning!
